الوصف الوظيفي · Maintains and manages all important documents either for a particular project or whole organization and assures accessibility and stored properly · Coordinate all activities related to document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence · Input document data into the standard registers ensuring all the information is accurate and up to date · Prepare and generate the various document control reports as required. Typing of site documents, and follow-up of all the site needs. · Ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable · Makes sure that the documents and drawings are under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability. Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project · Handling the distribution of those documents and also scan, proofreads the papers before distributing it. · Handling and coordinating daily secretarial activities and archiving documents. · Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information. Performs various administrative tasks related to an assigned department; organizes, · prioritizes, and completes tasks in a timely manner. · Maintain appropriate supplies for office. · Ensuring safety standards and quality of workmanship. · Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all the staffs. Perform other duties, functions and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager. المهارات · At least 5 years’ experience of working in an Engineering Consultancy office as document controller and should be able to handle all the documentations, including daily correspondence and project specifications and drawings · Knowledgeable in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software Strong ability to organize work load and to manage a filing methods and techniques. · Must have the full capability to read, analyze, and interpret reports, together with technical documents in Arabic and English languages. Therefore, a fluent handling of both languages is a must for this post · Have an ability to demonstrate good Time Management & Work Independently · Accuracy & attention to detail.
