To handle D2D Database activities, projects and tasks
Administer Oracle E-Business Suite and ensure availability SLAs
Administer Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and contained services
Administer UNIX based OS
To ensure service availability and performance targets are achieved.
To act as a first point of escalation for Database / Applications related issues (Event handling and incident resolution)
Support pre-release and release-delivery activities (when requested)
Develop, test, and release solutions and deliverables

To work and be measured against strict Service Level Agreements
Provide quality assurance validation and verification of Change and Release Management processes
To provide a technical presence in the implementation of client solutions
To maintain an accurate reflection of all client solutions through Configuration Management Database (CMDB), documentation and online portals
Continually improve build, release and installation process by integrating additional automation systems
