Proper records of all stock’s movements are achieved thereby ensuring reliable data is proved
Stocks to be supplied in a timely fashion to the retail locations
Ensure adequate Health & Safety and Food Storage principles
Storekeeper will liaise and communicate with fellow coworkers, Chefs and Management
Minimize the level of Stock Shrinkage, and maintain accurate and detailed records of all stock movements
Applies storekeeping procedures and methods in arranging space, conducting inventory, estimating needs and maintaining and preparing records and reports as directed.
Check all stocks received into and going out of the stores to ensure accurate records are kept in securing the company’s assets

Prerequisites:
Positive attitude and good communication skills.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
Have a good eye for detail.
Familiar with Materials Management system (MMS).
Familiar with Inventory Management Software.
Must have basic computer skills for the day to day operation.
Education:
Relevant diploma or degree in Management/Finance or related business discipline. Able to work with MS Office suite.
Experience:
Previous store management experience with stock control responsibility. Experience of at least two years in a similar position in the full-service restaurant or catering industry.
