Dealing with all jobs submitted through the help desk
Monitoring job progress, recording on the Call Logs and keeping customers updated.
Plan, schedule and coordinate work via standardized maintenance work processes.
Ensuring all call logs are closed out in a timely manner and within service level agreement with relevant information
Checking and ensuring that technicians’ paperwork, service reports etc. are accurate and completed on time.
Process Maintenance Work Orders -Issue routine and corrective work orders, track to ensure timely completion, close out work orders and bring forward outstanding items or anomalies as required.
Maintain equipment inventory - Data entry for new and existing equipment, generate labels and update maintenance schedules or job plans.
Distribute Preventative Maintenance Schedule - Coordinate the preventative maintenance schedule with the field teams, generate and distribute the schedule(s), amend and track changes as may be required.
Coordinate Job Plan Amendments - Receive job plan updates, input changes into the system, issue and communicate changes to field teams.
المهارات
Work experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar role
Strong knowledge of facilities management operations
Familiarity with office equipment and security systems
Hands on experience with facilities management software is a plus
Understanding of safety regulations in offices
Well-organized
Sound judgement and the ability to think quickly during emergencies
BSc in Facility Management or Business Administration is preferred
