Job:

The main purpose of the Job is to assist customers with their needs and to sell the products, achieve monthly targets, maintain good customer relationships, sell company products and ensure quality and consistency of product and service delivery to all the customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customer in a friendly manner and ascertain their needs and requirements.

Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.

Answer questions to queries about the store or the merchandise.

Effectively communicate brand related information to the customers.

Place special orders for customers or call other stores to find desired items.

Help customers try on or fit merchandise.

Prepare merchandise for purchase by creating the customer sales ticket and escorting the customer along with the merchandise to the cashier for payment.

Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.

Qualifications:

High School is essential and a degree is preferred.
