Daily Monitoring and Managing backup plan.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting backup & Replication process in Main & DR site.
Backup Health Checklist.
Document Infrastructure Inventory.
Managing and Installing Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam for Enterprise level Solution and perform regular review for the reported alerts (Kaspersky).
Patch management & Infrastructure Updates.
Dealing and test various scenarios of patch-management.
Setup, Manage, & Configure Windows Server
Hands on Experience with SCCM Configuration Management Console and software update deployment.
Implementing and Managing SCOM, SCVMM and WSUS.
Trouble-shooting & fault correction.
Maintain, Monitor and manage disk space on all VMs and physical servers (SAN Storage).
Windows server 2012 / 2016 Installation, configuration and troubleshooting experience.
Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, Hyper-V, VMware and Dual Factor Authentication Solutions.
Implementing and Managing Open Text RightFax.
Manage System Performance Tool (Nexthink).
Closing Vulnerability by installing specific software updates.
Managing data backups with NetBackup and tape library.
Deploying OS, applications (User and machine based), tools and patches to clients through MS SCCM.
Experience with HP and Dell equipment’s.
