الوصف الوظيفي Role Purpose: Reporting to the CEO, the F&B;Manager is fully responsible for the short and long-term planning as well as management of F&B;operations in the front and back of house in all outlets to achieve highest customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting / exceeding financial goals. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Day to Day Management: · Manage all F&B;day-to-day operations within budget and to the highest standards. · Monitor purchasing and receiving procedures for products and supplies to ensure proper quantity, quality, and price for all purchases. · Maintain records of special events, house counts, food covers and daily business volumes. · Conducts periodic audits covering different aspects for all outlets to ensure absolute compliance with standards, policies, procedures, and laws. Financial Goals: · Develops operating budgets for each of the department’s revenue outlets; after approval, monitor and take corrective action as necessary to help assure that budget goals are attained; run daily P&L;statements for all food and beverage outlets. · Approves all product invoices and purchase orders before submitting to the accounting department. · Monitor, analyze, and control all labor and inventory costs. This includes preparing the appropriate reports, charts, and schedules to ensure that budgets are met or exceeded while quality is maintained and improved. Staff Management & Development: · Manage all F&B;Department staff by acting as a leader and role model. · Coordinate with the human resources department to hire, train, develop, discipline and counsel all F&B;Department staff according to company policies and procedures. · Assures that effective orientation and training for new staff and professional development activities for experienced staff are planned and implemented. · Work with the human resources department to develop and implement staff evaluation parameters. · Conducts routine staff meetings and ensure positive, fair, and motivating work environment and provide 1 to 1 feedback and coaching to all direct reports. · Develops goals and KPIs for the F&B;staff. Customer Focus: · Maintain high level of guest satisfaction by delivery of improved product through employee development, job engineering and quality image. · Address guest complaints and advise CEO about appropriate corrective actions taken. · Continuously monitor guest feedback online and respond accordingly. Marketing: · Helps plan the marketing and sales promotion activities for the F&B;department. · Research new products and develops an analysis of the cost/profit benefits. Planning & Development: · Develops and implements new policies, procedures, checklists, guides, service guidelines, reports, metrics for F&B;departments as required. · Assures that all standard operating procedures for revenue and cost control are in place and consistently utilized. · Develop and manage the implementation of menus, package deals, promotions, displays, decorations, and presentation within corporate guidelines to meet / exceed sales and financial goals and objectives. · Review new techniques for food preparation and presentation in a manner and variety to maximize member and guest satisfaction and to minimize food costs. · Keep aware of new trends, systems, practices, and equipment in the F&B;industry and implement as fit. Compliance: · Inspects to ensure that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventive maintenance and other standards are consistently met. · Ensure compliance with Municipality regulations and Qatar laws. المهارات college / university degree graduate with a minimum of 5 years experiences in a similar role in the Middle East in fine dining concepts / 5 star hotels.
