· Customer support

· Update and make the reservation through Cargo System (eg: wings and Sky chain, cargo spot,

Croamis.)

· Handling special cargo such as DGR, AVI, VAL, HUM, PER, GCR

· Coordinate with GHA for build up the load plan, Manifesting, Documentation.

· Ensured to notified shippers of delays in departure of shipment.

· Responsible for lifting and carrying the freight from one aircraft to the other as required

· Maintained high standards of safety and the cleanliness of facilities.

· Managed the allocation of required equipment for special cargo loading and unloading

· Prepared manifest for clearing of shipments

· Follow Dangerous Goods Requirements and Regulations

· Ensure proper packing requirements and documentation is met for Hazardous air

shipments.

· Motivate, coach and support supervisors and other operations
