الوصف الوظيفي As an After sales Manager, you will be to develop and manage the performance of your Service team in delivering an exceptional customer service experience in part sales, body shop and workshop whilst implementing plans to optimise the full profit potential of the after sales services. You are responsible for achieving overall service revenue growth, profitability, productivity, quality, and service levels. Key responsibilities Provides strategic leadership as well as the day to day management of a team of workshop, body-shop, parts and service Monitor customer satisfaction data to ensure that a high level of customer service is being delivered Continuously review key processes to ensure effective operating of the after-sales department Implement and guide the use of after-sales marketing tools to support to delivery of profitable growth.
