Delivery and support centers in 4 countries and multiple time zones for the Human resource practice. المهارات • Looking professional whoever is open to learn and pursue his/her career in international recruitment. • Hand’s on experience or open to learning International Market but should be good hands-on hiring experience either Domestic /BPO/KPO/ US/ APAC / Middle East /Gulf Recruitment. • Responsibility should be matched with Search, Selection, and Talent Acquisition for mid and senior-level mandates. • Identifying, attracting, and retaining the highest caliber of diverse talent using the most effective recruitment and selection processes, tools (Social media, job portal), and technologies. • Follow the complete recruitment life-cycle for acquiring the best talent from diverse sources for the Global market. • Open to learning the multiple industries, Domain and ready to work for IT & Non-IT segment for the global market. • Good to have if the working experience with reputed manpower consulting brand. • Developing innovative sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas to ensure is efficiently hiring the best possible talent for open vacancies as well as from a long-term pipeline building perspective of probable candidates. • Build a talent pipeline for senior-level and highly specialized candidates for critical positions assigned by the global client. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/recruitment-consultant-work-from-home-any-location-nationality-4344821/ |
