Tasks:
Assets Assessment, risk and criticality procedures and follow up with different sections.
Facilities Hand over and Take over procedures and follow up with different sections.
Contributing to the delivery of projects related to asset management.
Presenting technical solutions to clients and other stakeholders.
المهارات
Age:
30 to 45 years.
Experience:
10 years (minimum). Assets Assessment, risk and criticality procedures Qatar 3 years at least.
Preferable with experience in Operation and Maintenance contracts.
Preferable with experience in Drainage Infrastructure.
Preferable with experience with Ashghal.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Computer Proficiency:
- Microsoft Office (Expert).
- Outlook email and SharePoint database.
- Maximo (IBM) preferable.
Other training:
Risk management.
Languages:
English (Advance).
Requirements:
Experience in the field of structures or drainage asset management
Appreciating organizational drivers as well as those of individual stakeholders
Ability to work in a client facing environment, with good communication skills
An excellent report writing ability
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
