الوصف الوظيفي We are looking for Accountants/Procurement Specialist for a car service company in Qatar. The main roles of the above is to meet the accounting requirements for the company as well as provide procurement needs as per jobs required. REQUIREMENTS 1. Required Experience with (Tally, Quickbooks & Xero) Accounting Softwares 2. Valid Qatari Driving License 3. Able to transfer Sponsorship 4. Multilingual preferred: English, Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc… 5. Must have good organizational & analytical skills 6. Our accountant would normally be required to: 1. Prepare Quotations, Invoices, & Purchase Orders 2. Update the databases with relevant data of jobs finished and prepare reconciliation reports for partners & vendors 3. Accurate record keeping of company financials and different accounts 4. Prepare and process legal documents and requirements 5. Contact Vendors & Inquire about parts required for company jobs as well as procure these parts. 6. Coordinate with the different departments as required such as the Auditing department 7. Keep a daily record of all expenses and income 8. Prepare required reports daily/weekly/monthly 9.
