To service, maintain and enhance complex building automation systems and associated equipment.
Proactively understand and support all our facilities services and related customer/stakeholder requirements.
Schedule work, maintain records, proactively participate in Business Continuity Planning, deliver environmental solutions, audit and maintain security processes and actively manage the Building Management System (BMS).
المهارات
Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in BMS
He must have a proven track record of maintaining leading brand BMS systems and associated equipment and technically competent in monitoring the operations of BMS systems with a clear technical understanding of buildings electrical, mechanical and plant and associated equipment.
