Plans direct and supervises the execution of all technical functions of the assigned projects.

Manage and monitor the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect

Day-to-day Management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the manpower, materials, equipment and the work of any subcontractors

Ensure that all metrials used and works performed are in accordance with the standard specification and code of practise

المهارات

Engineering degree – civil

Professional engineering certification where applicable.

Local Candidate with vast experience in the same position

3-10 years in fit-out

Excellent communication skills.

English language is a must

Transfer of sponsorship and NOC is a must
