الوصف الوظيفي Stakeholder Manager must be fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English, have excellent translation skills, and must be very familiar with local utility, governmental and other stakeholder procedures and requirements. The Stakeholder manager shall be supported by the Stakeholder management team to ensure public awareness and satisfaction, approvals by utility and licensing agencies. The team will be responsible for replying and managing all public complaints to the satisfaction of the Engineer. Project Stakeholders include, but not limited to, the following: i. The public (including but not exclusive to business owners and operators; residents; public entities; community entities) ii. Public Works Authority Departments iii. Utility, approving and licensing agencies iv. Relevant municipalities v. Ministry of Municipality and Environment vi.
