We are a Qatar’s leading Manpower service and HR Solution provider, Looking for Customer Contact Centre Service Agent. for one of our Qatar client.

Role For - Customer Service Agent for Customer Contact Centre.

Parent Company (on freelance contract for) – People Dynamics, Qatar (Part of IHorizons group, Qatar as a parent company)

End client: For the Aviation industry

Location- Doha, Qatar

Duration – Initially 6 Months but Extension possible, depending upon the performance.

Joining Date-Immediate required

ViSA- Individual will have to arrange from own (looking for Family/freelancer Visa)

Working days- 5 days in week with 24*7 Shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver five star customer service to QR customers contacting the contact centre Via telephone ,web chat,Email, Fax. Responsible professionally in order to achieve customer satisfaction, Generate revenue and take possible measures to avoid loss of revenue.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Handle reservation and ticketing system.
Navigation customer through Web site.
Takes care of back-office system for Frequent flyer program (FFP).
Responsible for operational safety.
