الوصف الوظيفي • Responsible for implementation and support of Oracle eBusiness Suite comprising of HRMS, Financials, Purchasing, iProcurement, Order Management, Shipping, Oracle Business Intelligence and Oracle Point-Of-Sale • Effectively lead a team of functional and technical consultants to perform systems analysis and business requirement study for Oracle ERP modules • Lead software projects that affect multiple functions, interface with different business partners to ensure projects have a proper impact and coordinate with teams to roll out projects in a timely manner • Manage and deliver end-to-end e-commerce projects including mobile apps from a technology perspective • Co-ordinate and work with 3rd Party Logistics Service Providers’ IT teams to ensure effective data flow and integration between the IT systems • Ensure that all Enterprise Applications meet functional requirements and systems goals, fulfil end-user requirements, as well as identify and resolve system issues • Manage technology partners to ensure that services meet business needs. Work with vendors/suppliers/system integrators to form business partnerships and help ensure proper contracts and pricing are in place • Plan manpower requirements to ensure that there are adequate resources to fulfil the sectional objectives for the year • Evaluate proposals in order to identify suitable vendors/implementers to expand the application footprint of the organization, in line with the IT strategy • Analyze change requests and assess impacts. Provide recommendations to Head of IT regarding change requests to seek decisions • Provide inputs in the formulation and execution of the IT strategic business plan and budgets • Ensure that any new software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, systems compliance, and interface specifications. • Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in the testing of new software programs and applications • Lead and develop a team of software professionals and consultants to provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to maximize their performance. • Plan and manage team training requirements required to successfully complete projects for various business units and businesses • Perform any other duty, within a reasonable professional boundary, as assigned by the Head of IT from time to time المهارات • Excellent knowledge of overall project management methodologies & processes for execution and implementation of Oracle ERP and other software applications • Fully conversant and up-to-date with current trends, developments and global best practices in IT software and ERP technologies and architectures • Experience in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Tactical thinking and result-orientation skills • Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment • Demonstrate respect for different cultures, interest in and understanding of a range of attitudes, beliefs and traditions • Strong attention to detail • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) • Ability to communicate effectively تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/enterprise-applications-manager-4317739/ |
