Store, manage and track company documents.
Scan, image, organize and maintain documents, adhering to the company’s document lifecycle procedures.
Report to direct manager all transactions in a weekly basis or as needed.
Archive inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule.
Control the retrieval of documents.
Receive and process Requests for Information, or RFIs, from employees or clients and maintain the requests via tracking logs.
Update RFI procedures and create new templates, if necessary.
Develop and maintain documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items.
Establish standard operating procedures of the company/department that include documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction and disaster recovery.
As approved by direct manager, communicates to the team or customers.
Assist with file migrations and audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
Prioritize and manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot.
المهارات
Skills and qualifications:
University graduate (Computer Science, Business, and other related courses)
Minimum of 5 years work experience in the same position
Proficient in MS office applications and knowledgeable in archiving systems
Very good English communication skills (knowledge in Arabic language is a plus).
