Senior Maintenance Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
1- The candidate shall have good knowledge in the MEP PPM procedures and maintaining authority requirements.

2- The candidate should have good knowledge in Commercial and residential Electrical and ELV systems maintenance and troubleshooting.

3- The candidate should have good knowledge in the implementation for small and medium scales fit-out projects.

4- The candidate should have good communication skills, obtaining Client/ Tenant satisfaction and approval for the executed work. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.

5- Budgeting and Planning for the awarded jobs are recommended.

المهارات
1- Graduate Engineer with Electrical/Mechanical background with minimum 5 years’ experience in full-time maintenance of MEP systems.

2- Sr. Engineer level with 5 years maintenance experience and 8-10 years project experience

3- Local candidates with NOC is a must
