الوصف الوظيفي
The successful candidate will be responsible with the overall management and control of facilities operations in all projects and companies handled by the company in close coordination with senior management.

He will manage the delivery of an effective facilities management services, scheduling and supervision of maintenance and repair activities, contracted services, and custodial services, and ensuring the physical operation of the organization meets budgetary and strategic objectives.

· Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills

· Good interpersonal communication skills

· Very good knowledge of long and short term financial planning

· Good understanding of risk management concepts

· Capability of providing management with sound, logical and practical investment decisions

· Very good understanding of business and value drivers

· Knowledge of standard office applications (Ms Office package)
