الوصف الوظيفي Essential responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the following: 1.1 Provides professional nursing care to staff undergoing primary health issues or assess the gravity of the case and submit his recommendations to HR manager for appropriate actions to be taken on immediate basis if required. 1.2 Prepares and maintains the clinic for all first-aid procedures. 1.3 Establishes and utilizes a checklist to monitor the physical plan of the clinic equipment for conformity to all local standards for ensuring safety for the patient and all personnel. 1.4 Assembles the type and quantity of material and special equipment needed for daily procedures and possible emergencies. 1.5 Circulates and scrubs for emergency case treatment procedures. 1.6 Responds to emergency requirements such as cardiac, pulmonary, or respiratory failure and hemorrhage and make himself available for any emergency call for aid. 1.7 Maintains open communication lines, both intradepartmental and interdepartmental, to provide for total needs of the patient staff. 1.8 Conducts preoperative and postoperative visits to the concerned patient staff if required (visit any member of staff who is hospitalized from illness and provide practical support) 1.9 Discuss operative procedures with patients and inform them of what to expect during surgery. 1.10 Coordinates with other hospital units, which include recovery room, intensive care, obstetrics, and nursing units, on patients’ progress. 1.11 Manages the clinic. Directs and instructs cleaners in preparing, sterilizing, and caring for operating room equipment and supplies. 1.12 Maintains concise and complete records and reports. 1.13 Participate in health and safety training programs whenever there’s a need to update knowledge and skills of staff on location. 1.14 To promote healthy lifestyles and awareness/screening programmes at all accommodations. Coordinate and impart the health and safety awareness campaign. To conduct induction training (classroom) and Public Health Training on site. 1.15 Access health of workers - Monitor and record patient’s condition for health surveillance program and medical records of occupants to available. 1.16 To prepare a monthly Employee Wellness Program (EWP) to employees to provide awareness and encouragement to aim a healthy lifestyle. المهارات https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/male-nurse-industrial-4269224/ |
