Head Chef for a new Fish & Chips restaurant with a minimum of 3 years experience.
Starting Salary: QR 5,000 per month + benefits.
Chef will be responsible for the following:
There are many responsibilities of an executive head chef, which include:
Overseeing Operations: oversee the daily operations of the staff and kitchen.
Innovation: create menu items and tasting.
Direction: All kitchen staff will be under the direction of the executive chef.
Cultivating Business: Since responsible for culinary arts, must consider the needs and desires of the customers.
Purchasing: responsible for ordering ingredients and maintaining necessary inventory.
Training and Education: hire, train, and educate new staff.
Safety Regulations: Follow and enforce safety regulations to ensure other employees safety and restaurant cleanliness.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction and seek feedback on menu items.
Maintaining Quality: Continually check the quality of the culinary product.
Administrative Duties: Although will often focuses on the culinary aspects of the industry, the chef must also perform administrative duties.
Chef will be interviewed and will create food tasting prior to final agreement.

English Speaker
Experience in managing a full kitchen and staff.
Culinary Experience.
Creative and able to create new items on the menu.
Flexible and able to work under stressful busy hours.
Previous experience in a street food / fish & chips kitchen.
