• Coordinate sales team by preparing quotations, follow up with customers, managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.• Store and sort Sales and Correspondence related data in electronic form and present reports.• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.• Ensure adherence to laws and policies.• Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed.• The Sales Coordinator may also be required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.• Maintaining inventory of sales material.• Arranging sales meeting.• Preparing Monthly, Weekly or Daily sales analysis as instructed by the Division Head of sales.• Input new sale enquires in to the company’s database and update program files in the database as needed.• Understand customer needs and requirements.• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure and closure Q Prepare supplier order tracking sheet and accordingly update Sales people.• Calendarized the product induction plan with the coordination of suppliers.• Submission of offers on behalf of sales Executives• Maintain the supplier relationship with close coordination.• Arrangement of supplier visit, coordinate with sales people and supplier for the meetings.• Maintain all assigned product and supplier files of price changes and material changes.• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on products, new products, Brochures, Catalogues, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.• Preparing monthly sales reports; making recommendations to management.• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending the trainings; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed• Checking regular for tender openings. Participation and submission.• Prepare sales order on behalf of sales executive• To get the credit approval from finance.• Stock availability, upcoming, price details sharing with customer and sales executive.
المهارات
• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;• Good computer skills (MS Office)• Proficiency in English• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Team Player with high level of dedication
