Handle the assigned rotational sales leads to achieve targets.
Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
Confirm rental application data and personal references.
Must be always updated and conscious of the property market status.
Must know how to negotiate leasing terms and conditions to close deals.
Must have excellent customer service and responsible for creating potential customer and client relationships, which includes documenting comprehensive customer information.
Know how solicit property sales listings according to the monthly task assignment.
Must visit companies and promote Grow Properties, minimum is three sales meeting in a weekly basis.
Adopts a consultative approach in working with clients to establish requirements and propose solutions, using technology to strengthen offerings.
Suggests viable target clients and industries, sourcing relevant data as necessary.
Approaches potential clients through various channels, including cold calling and direct mail campaigns.
Arranges and leads new media/communications business meetings, delivering sales presentation in a professional manner.

Fluency in spoken English with superior report writing and presentation skills.
Strong Client and employee relation skills
Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing field, strong and powerful communications, public relations, marketing processes
