Block Factory Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure the efficient management of operations of a multiple shift concrete block production facility.
Optimize efficiency, productivity, and equipment performance in order to meet objectives within the production.
· Delegate Tasks to Factory Staff as Necessary

· Create and Enforce Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures

· Create and Implement Machine Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures

Analyze data drawn from production reports in order to identify improvements, reduce losses, and the number of breakdowns as well as improve efficiency & strategies as necessary
Oversee the production planning, staffing, and day-to-day manufacturing operations in a cost-effective manner.
· Create Production Data Reports and Present them to Decision Makers

Ensure compliance with Standards and Operations Procedures.

المهارات
Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

· You should have seven-plus years of experience in block and interlock production with a record of achieving results through people in a manufacturing environment.

· Knowledge of concrete products desirable.

· Knowledge of mechanical handling, conveying, hydraulic, pneumatic, mixing, curing, and packing equipment.

· Excellent proven leadership and management skills.

· Strong abilities in planning, organizing, project management, and problem-solving.

· Experience with MS Office and ERP systems.

· Must be Bi-Lingual (Arabic/English).
