Construction Manager / Project Manager

Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
· Understanding of all facets of the construction process

Analyze job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with safety codes and other regulations.
Present plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
Meet contractual conditions of performance.
Review and ensure the work progress on daily basis.
Arrange to prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any risk.
Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
Discuss with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems
Negotiate the terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction Process.
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Manage to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
Conflict and crisis management
Ensure the implementation of safety measures at project.

المهارات
At least 10 years of experience in construction management
Experience required in Infrastructure project, Industrial building / Plants, Structural building
Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate Engineering (Civil, architecture, Construction Management)
UPDA certification
Advanced knowledge of Project management, construction management processes and methods.
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Familiarity with construction management software packages
Good communication, organizational and management skills
Competent in conflict and crisis management
Ability to manage a varied and complex workload
Flexible and handles pressure in a professional manner
