JOB SUMMARY

The role of the Leasing Executive is responsible in leasing the residential, retail, and commercial units and maintaining good relationship with tenants.

JOB DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

· Responsible in developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing tenants.

· Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing department in accordance with Company’s policies and standards.

· Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.

· Ensure that all documents, contracts from the tenants are complete prior to submission to Leasing Manager for approval and signature.

· Assisting on resolving the tenants complaints regarding maintenance and services issues.

· Approves contract expiration notices and ensure their delivery to the tenants on timely manner.

· Checks and ensures that the unit is in good condition before tenant’s move-in and move-out.

· Manages the cases for transfer to Legal Department in case of no response to renew or vacate the unit.

· Deal directly with tenants and solve all the problems that may arise.

· Coordinates and liaises with the in-charge department for the tenant’s move-in and move-out process.

· Coordinates and assists the Sales & Marketing team in viewing the units for the prospective tenants.

EXPERIENCE

· At least 3-5 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified above.

· Leasing industry experience is required across the residential, retail, and commercial leasing sectors, with strong industry networks.

· Experience in working across the Qatar Market is highly regarded.

· Able to be trusted with confidential and sensitive company information.

· Holding valid driving license in Qatar is a must.

· The ability to develop strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

· Ability to work under pressure.
