Candidzone is looking for experienced SALES EXECUTIVES for Luxury Watches & Jewellery!
المهارات
Degree/Postgraduate in Management or Sales
Minimum 3-4 yrs experience in luxury merchandise, preferably luxury watches and branded jewellery retail sales.
Ability to speak, write and communicate in English & Arabic language
Welcoming and greeting customers, handling questions and matters related to specific products & services. Ensure accuracy and completeness of explanation to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
Exhibit a positive, friendly & helpful attitude with customers and be sensitive to their needs.
Determine products required by customer and suggest alternative and/or additional items related to the customer’s order as required.
Discuss type, quality and number of merchandise required for purchase.
Directs customers by escorting them to counters while suggesting items.
Prepare sales order form by select appropriate products from the stock.
Receive payment. Properly prepare products for delivery.
Maintain counter & display areas of merchandise in an orderly and attractive manner.
Assist and resolve customer complaints.
Keep abreast of new product information and upcoming product promotions.
Maintain good relationships with clients.
Maintain sales records for inventory control.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training and workshops.
Any additional tasks as assigned by the Showroom Manager or his designated official.
Locally available with valid QID, NOC and Transferable visa.
Immediate joining.
