الوصف الوظيفي Responsibilities: Defines discipline organization and participation on a project including scope of work, design criteria, schedules, standards, and procedures. Prepares staffing estimates and execution plans and monitors progress assessment. Reviews work produced to ensure that applicable codes, standards, and procedures are followed and that quality is acceptable. Monitors productivity and technical proficiency of the assigned personnel. Makes staffing assignments and reassignments as project needs arise. Conducts performance evaluations, takes corrective action as necessary, recommends promotions and salary actions, offers training and development for the assigned personnel. Determines budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule. Ensures that architectural design work is coordinated with project staff and engineering disciplines by maintaining clear and frequent communication. Advises project management regarding any problem areas, staffing requirements, delays in production, scope changes, or other events which could affect project completion and/or profitability. Initiates and reviews change order requests for additions, deletions, or changes to the original scope of work. المهارات Required Experience: minimum of 15+ years overall experience and minimum of 5 years in the GCC undertaking design / construction of similar projects with the following abilities: Experience in arid terrain and the suitability of plant material. Experienced in landscape design & supervision with knowledge of plant material, irrigation systems, outdoor lighting and hardscape / softscape features. Experienced in urban design & supervision including high-end commercial landscapes. Experienced in preparation of reports and submissions with conceptual elements. Experience in reading and interpretation of engineering plans. Experience in the GCC and an understanding of its cultural heritage. Advanced proficiency in relevant software including Vectorworks, AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and contemporary imagery software. Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations. Excellent written and oral communication. Excellent in Writing and presenting reports and Design reviews. Generally acted as the leading individual contributor and coordinator of design problem-solving Able to conduct an extensive Review of architectural documents for potential conflict with all disciplines.
