Installation Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
To carry out installation activities to ensure a high level of profitability, overall customer service satisfaction, adequate staffing levels, ensuring safety, and quality standards are adhered to.

To supervise installation works.

To control and plan the material and manpower at the site.

To maintain reports of work progress, field staff welfare, and safety.

To process quality inspection, final inspection in coordination with QA/QC department before handing over.

To report/identify any non-conformance related to products and take corrective and preventive measures at the site.

To ensure all work is conducted in accordance with current procedure/ method statements.

To implement installation procedures and control installation cost and maintain quality and safety standards.

To revise installation department procedures and structure regularly, and recommend changes to streamline installation operations.

To provide support in technical issues.

To conduct random site visits to ensure full compliance of installation activities with installation procedures and company policies.

To maintain staff attendance records and timesheet.

To conduct START prior to each activity.

To identify the hazard and report to the QHSE team.

Ensures adherence to the HSE policies and procedures, IMS, and corporate standards and policies including compliance to legal and local regulatory requirements.

Perform other tasks assigned by your line manager which include but not limited to the above-mentioned duties.

المهارات
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (preferably mechanical/ electrical engineer)

Professional Titles/Certifications: MMUP certified, PMP certified (/other relevant certification)

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of which 3 years in an elevator company either in sales, design, or installation.

Knowledge/skills:
