Responsible for the preparation, implementation and monitoring of master schedule in the project site and make sure that the progress does not deviate from the target plan.
Establish the master schedule and internal program for every newly awarded project to track the actual daily site progress.
Implement schedule and monitor the actual daily progress in the execution phase and update the master and internal program weekly to measure the development.
Prepare the look-ahead schedule on a weekly basis as basis of the progress report; discuss with the Senior Planning Engineer and Project Manager prior to the submission to Client/Consultant.
Prepare the detailed weekly and monthly report with the major concerns and corrective action to be reviewed by the Senior Planning Engineer prior submission to the Top Management.
Provide report on the high-risk critical works and discuss with the Project Manager; disseminate the details to the project staff and highlight the activities (critical or non-critical), uncompleted task and corrective measures.
Update on the work program for the preparation of monthly valuation.
Keep track on any request for instructions and change order; ensure to prepare explanation in work delays for the claim preparation.
Monitor the subcontractors work progress, shop drawings and material approval; prepare the subcontractors progress report in daily basis.
Attend the site progress meeting with consultant and project management team.
المهارات
Should have at least 5 years of experience as Planning Engineer in main contracting company.
Proficient in Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Office and Project.
Salary Range : QAR 8 ~ 10K full package
