الوصف الوظيفي The Flower Retail department of Al Maktab Al Qatari Al Hollandi W.L.L. / Plaza Hollandi is looking for a cashier for the flower shops. TASKS - Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations - Taking orders in person and over the phone from customers, including special requests, delivery date and location and processing payment - Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics devices - Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales - Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer - Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints - Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transportation - Maintaining a clear workspace JOB REQUIREMENTS - Ability to work with the Point-Of-Sale (POS) system - Ability to quickly calculate sales - Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts - Good knowledge of Word and Excel المهارات - Excellent customer service skills - Excellent verbal communication - Excellent problem solving skills - Able to work under pressure - Attention to detail - Ability to stand for long periods of time - Good knowledge of the English language - Knowledge of the Arabic language is preferable At least 2 references need to be provided. Salary package will depend on knowledge and experience.
