Engineering/ Diploma/ITI (Instrumentation/Mechanical) or equivalent and/or significant, relevant experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / TRAINING:
Breathing Apparatus service certification by authorize training Centre
03 Years in Oil & Gas/ Construction industry experience
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
High standard of written and spoken communication skills is essential, as to present complex information, explaining QHSE processes and procedures to a wide range of people. The incumbent would need good negotiating skills, not to mention patience and diplomacy, to convince managers of the need to implement and maintain QHSE standards that may compromise speed or efficiency within the organization.
Should have good IT skills, both for preparing reports and for recording and analyzing statistics as the basis for spotting trends.
Be able to deliver and present effectively.
Ability to work closely with teams of people and to communicate effectively at all levels with a pleasant and articulate manner is essential.
Skill in managing time effectively.
Have the communications skills & diplomacy skills to interact continuously on all levels.
Awareness of company QHSE MS and medical policies and procedures.
