الوصف الوظيفي -Manage the interior fit-out works for all type of projects especially medical projects -Develop a Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) based on standard forms -Ensure project completion within the agreed schedule and budget -Develop a procurement and time schedule for each project -Ensure the proper coordination with all stakeholders -Ensure timely completion of the project within the approved budgets and without compromising on Quality & Safety -Monitor progress against the project plan and keep the client updated on the progress taking quick corrective action where required -Lead and manage a team of site engineers/supervisors to oversee the daily site works and to achieve the required goals -Coordinate on a regular basis with the Landlord/Tenant’s Coordinators المهارات -Minimum 5 years experience in managing the interior fit-out works -Should be able to lead a team with strong communication skill -Strong and assertive personality with good attention to detail, concern for quality and with good knowledge of building materials -Knowledge in Computer Applications such as Autocad, project planning tools, project management tools, Word, Excel, Outlook تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/project-manager-4205154/ |
