Develop the trucking strategy to increase revenue growth through improved efficiencies, reduced costs and streamlined operations. Manage operations of the Section and drive continuous improvement, monitor team performance against KPIs and targets.
Develop and Strengthen the trucking organization through processes, competencies, reporting and the implementation of performance dashboards.
Drive customer focus and build a thorough customer centric organization based on customer segments and develop a tailored value proposition for each segment.
Establish and implement optimal modes of transportation and control measures to maximize carrier space utilization and optimize usage of routes planning
المهارات
Education & Professional Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree - Master’s Degrees is preferred
Professional Experience 6 - 8 years of experience in a similar role in Logistics or Transportation industry running complex trucking operations - Experience in managing a large number of workforce and drivers across locations - Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service and Operations experience is preferred.
