Analyzing the customers business to generate strategies for growth
Achieving the sales targets in turnover and in margin
Providing regular forecasts on sales to the management identifying risks/opportunities and deviations from the plan, explaining the causes and finding an alternative plan to achieve the target
Coming up with spare parts sales campaigns and the corresponding advertising measures
Conducting market and competition analysis
Ensuring regular and intensive communication with our customers on all matters
Being a leader for all sales opportunities and focusing on incremental business
Monitoring the visits made by the sales team and build a tailored made action plan with them
Coach and support the Sales team in order to allow them grow in competence, efficiency and autonomy
المهارات
SKILLS:
At least 8 years of professional sales experience in automotive spare parts, preferably maintenance parts
Strong negotiation and sales skills and experience in a highly detailed environment,
Very good communicator at all levels; ability to communicate with all customers from senior management through to technicians
Must be locally available and with NOC
Having experience with working on automotive spare parts industry
Ability to work under pressure
