Repairing, Trouble Shooting, Diagnostic, Wiring, Installing, Reading circuit diagram, Testing, modify, repairing of Air Conditioning elements (compressors, pipes/lines, condensers, evaporators, controls) - disassembling and assembling.
• Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment.
• Test, Service & battery replacement.
• Overhaul of electrical systems components including repairs to electrical circuits/system.
• Install, test, repair wiring and lighting system.
• Install, test, repair electrical security system/ components.
• Service Air conditioning system.
• Fills compressor with refrigerant and starts unit.
• Measures compressor pressure to determine the efficiency of the compressor, using the gauge.
• Listens to the operating unit for indications of malfunction.
• Removes faulty units from vehicles, disassembles them and replaces worn and broken parts and fluids.
• Makes electrical connections as required.
• Carry out soldering techniques.
• Identify automotive parts / Components
المهارات
Required skills to work as an AC technician include physical agility, customer services, and problem resolution abilities.
He must be locally available (ideally with transferable visa).
