الوصف الوظيفي
· To carry out plumbing repair and maintenance throughout the building.

· To carry out repair and maintenance on all hot and cold water services.

· Repair and maintenance of drainage systems.

· Installation / replacement of piping systems including hot and cold water drain lines, steam and gas lines.

· Repair of fire hose and sprinkler lines.

· Responsible for repair and maintenance and operation of water treatment, softeners, water pumps, pressure reducing stations and filters.

· Maintenance of the swimming pool plants, spa equipment’s and water chemistry.

· Responsible for regular inspection of washrooms and maintenance of fixtures therein.

· Respond immediately to emergency calls involving leaks.

· Respond as quickly as possible to maintenance requests from both clients and colleagues.

· Ensure cleanliness of work areas and protect surroundings when executing jobs.

· To have a complete understanding and adhere to the policies relating to fire, hygiene and safety.

· Cleaning of grease traps as and when deemed necessary.

· To thoroughly investigate each job as assigned to ensure that only the necessary spare parts are used and to avoid any unnecessary wastage of plumbing supplies.

· Should understand the operation and maintenance of all types of valves and mixers.

· To learn and carry out fire brigade duties when assigned.

· To complete the personal daily job record, time book accurately and keep ready for inspection.
