الوصف الوظيفي
• Supervise the operation, maintenance and repair of various facility systems.

• Supervise, train and evaluate facility maintenance and repair staff.

• Develop bid specifications.

• Evaluate and monitor performance of facility service providers.

• Compile facility operation expense reports.

• Assist in monitoring performance of major on-site construction and renovation projects and provide data to project manager.

• Review and evaluate performance of minor on-site construction and renovation projects.

• Monitor and review lease agreements for compliance.

• Conduct space planning and utilization.

• Coordinate annual inspections related to facility/ occupant safety practices.

• Control overtime.
