To Carry out plumbing repair and maintenance throughout the building
Carry out maintenance on all hot and cold water services
Repair Maintenance of Drainage systems.
Installation/Replacement of piping systems including hot and cold water drain lines, Steam and Gas lines
responsible for repair and Maintenance and operation of Water treatment, softeners, water pump preassures reducing stations and filters.
Maintenance of swimming pool plants, spa equipment and water chemistry
Responsible for regular inspection of washrooms and maintenance of fixtures therein
Respond immediately to emergency calls involving tasks
Respond as quickly as possible to maintenance request from both clients and colleagues
Ensure cleanliness of work areas and protect sorrounding when executing jobs
To have a complete understanding and adhere to policies relating to fire hygiene and safety
Cleaning of Grease traps as needed and when necessary
Thourooughly investigate each job as assigned to ensure that only the necessary spare parts are used and to avoid any unnecerssary wastage of plumbing supplies
Should undesrtand the operation and maintenance of all valves and mixers
Learn and carry out fire brigade duties when required
Complete personal timely and daily job record, time book, and ready for inspection
Ensure high standard f workmanship
Reposrt for Duty punctually wearing the correct uniform
Perform all duties assigned by Facility Supervisors and Engineer

Water Distribution and Waste water disposal in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
Relevant building codes, legislations, regulations, policies and procedures installation and maintenance
Analytical and problem solving skills, time management skills
Able to speak English Language
