Senior Cost Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
Duties & Responsibilities:

· Assist in Developing Initial Budget for awarded Projects

· Reviewing on daily basis the Cost Codes allocation of Manpower & Equipment Time Sheets received from Sites.

· Analyzing & Assigning the right Budget for Material & Sub-Contractors Comparison Sheets based on Material Order or Sub-Contractor proposed scope.

· Monitoring on daily basis all Material Supply Requests & Service Supply Requests by generating corresponding Control Sheets.

· Issuing Weekly Productivity Reports for Manpower and Equipment.

· Issuing Manpower & Equipment Monthly Histograms

· Developing Monthly cost Reports for each project illustrating cost performance for Manpower, Equipment, Material, Subcontractors and indirect costs.

· Generating project Budgets which refer to the latest approved budget figures (quantities, productivities, variation orders and approved Budget Change Requests (BCR’s)

· Participate in developing Risk Management Plan for Projects.

Professional knowledge in Primavera Application

Proficiency in English language is a must.

Education/Experience Required

Candidate must be in Doha

14+ Years Experience, Mostly in Road and Infrastructure Works.

PMP, CCP or MRICS Preferred.

Must hold a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering
