Job Objectives:
Provide the necessary support for the loading of cargo and identify and develop business opportunities as they come up. To provide daily support to customers and coordinate the daily requirements for customers and among the various businesses.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Communicate booking requirement from customers & agents for BCX/ BSX & third-party service and ensure all systems are updated accordingly.
Monitor vessel arrival and coordinate with respective agents and customers for planning of cargo on our service.
Circulate daily vessel schedule related to third party service to customers.
Timely information to customers about vessel schedule & delays, and other relevant information pertaining to service.
Handle export load list/ import as well as communication and documentation related to export/import shipments
Handle all customer service-related activities in conjunction with internal teams as well as
Milaha agents to ensure timely and professional response to all enquires as well as prompt resolution related to BSX & BCX service.
Assist in preparing statistics and reports required for the commercial team including agent’s performance and loadings for respective services.
Assist in pricing matters to further develop all commercial activities including market related activities/information.
Follow up with respective agents for booking forecast, any drop in bkg or increase in bkg to be informed to commercial & operations team for vessel planning purpose.
Ensure all customer requirements are communicated within internal departments as well as external agent and service providers.
Independent handling of exports job related to third party service with close coordination with customers/ main lines in order to secure the business. Also provide the necessary feedback to commercial team in case bkg does not materialize due to rate or space issue.
Upon vessel sailing, follow up with Main line for TDR, and arrange to send the same to operations team in order TDR is approved in system.
Arrival notice & NOC to be sent to customer prior vessel arrival in Jebel Ali for import shipment on third party service.
Build good terms with customers to assist with required communication for all commercial related activities
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree is a must
Minimum 3 years feeder experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft office package and multiple web applications
Business fluent English (verbal and writing)
Strong knowledge of the feeder and liner industry
