Manage all Car Rental’s Subsidiary activities , provide administration guidance and present accountability for meeting the desired goals through planning, directing, managing and overseeing the activities, operations resources and provide high level of support to staff to achieve a competitive advantages.
Responsibilities:
Set, review and recommend the overall policies and procedures for the Car Rental’s Subsidiary and ensure that they are in line with company’s policies and procedures.
Derive and develop medium and short –term plans and executive programs to manage and achieve the Car Rental’s subsidiary goals.
Monitor the Car Rental’s Subsidiary performance against pre-set performance goals to ensure that progress is being made in the desirable direction and preventive/corrective actions are taken accordingly.
Set the estimated budget and monitor the Car Rental’s Subsidiary expenditures and financial performance in coordination with the Accounting function.
Develop plans for efficient use of resources and minimize costs.
Maintain significant relationships with Car Rental’s clients and supplies to consider their requirements and ensure clients satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for improvements; direct the implementations of change to improve the results and meet client’s demands with a competitive advantage.
Keep abreast with market trends and monitor competitors’ activities and achieve best deals for company’s Car Rental Subsidiaries.
Visit potential and key clients to discuss and help close business deals as well as maintain contacts for customer feedback
Develop programs to acquire customers and increase market share in the target market.
Develop and maintain a customer data base for a Car Rental’s subsidiary.
Plan for business growth by identifying opportunities and pursuing then to successful closure.
Frequency evaluate contracted suppliers in terms of commitment to contracted terms and conditions, innovation and awareness of market trends, competitiveness etc. and accordingly decide whether to keep and renew contracts with then or seek other suppliers.
Conduct periodic meetings with subordinates to ensure smooth running of subsidiaries activities and discuss their suggestions as well as adopt appropriate procedures and executive plans with respect to these suggestions.
Giving clear picture to the Managing Director about all the activities in each department to be able to solve each problem.
Review all reports prepared by subordinates and prepare periodic reports with respect to the Car Rental’s subsidiary activities and achievements.
Conduct performance appraisals for subordinates accordingly to schedule plans and recommend necessary actions as per the applied practices.

8 years’ experience in car rental/selling business with at least 3 years in a Supervisory Positions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
Professional knowledge in account(s) management.
Professional knowledge in sales and customer relationship management.
Professional knowledge in resource planning.
Strong communication skills and good with people.
Analytical & problem solving skills.
Time management skills.
Presentation skills.
Negotiation skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English, written and oral.
Computer literacy: MS windows applications (word processing, excel, spreadsheets…etc).
Conceptual thinking including ability to analyze and solve problem.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
People management skills including ability to lead , motivate and inspire employees.
