Responsibilities:

Performs Strategic Business Analysis, contributes to the team of Business Data Analysts that use business data and statistical methods to provide a comprehensive accurate insight into business performance and suggest area of improving operations. Presents discernment and Category: recommendations to management for decision making and strategic planning

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Psychology or equivalent to the actual job.
Knowledge:

Minimum 2 years of Experience with business intelligence reporting tools - Business Objects - Report designer sap/ data visualization expert - (BOBJ), PowerBi or SAP Analytical Cloud preferred

Understanding of basic statistical and data mining approaches and terms

Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiples data system on premises and cloud-base sources.

Essential Functions:

Assess business requirement and translate it into an analytics problem for the Strategic Analytics Team. After the Strategic Analytics Team has delivered an output, Sr. Business analysts is responsible for generating insights that provide real and relevant value for the business and translate it back to the business in an understandable manner.
Builds, develops and maintains dashboard and Key Performance metrics that support key business decision.
Reports designing / data visualization from the KPI’s and KBO’s
Ensures completion of documentation of the Dashboards i.e. each stage to be documented
Ensures accuracy of the data and deliverables with comprehensive policies and processes.
Implements and oversees the analytical approaches and methodologies.
Presents insight and recommendations to management for decision making and strategic Planning.
Controls and develops internal/external information sources for business analysis

Maintains active communication and builds teamwork amongst the team, affiliated companies, and other departments, in order to achieve commitment to the overall company objective.
Builds positive working relationship with the team, other departments and/or business units; ensures understanding of department objective and the wants, needs and expectations of internal and external clients.
Maintain the highest standard of professionalism, ethics, and attitude towards our shareholders, customers, business partners, employees, suppliers, communities and government.
Attends training programs as set by the company and other departments.
To be aware of the health, fire, and life safety control and security standards and procedures in handling emergency situation.
Performs related duties and special projects assigned
