Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Business Performance Manager provides support and assistance in the delivery, monitoring and reporting of major strategic projects, business improvement initiatives, data management and performance management reporting and other strategic and operational activities as directed. This position has a broad scope working on very diverse projects across all business areas of the company and liaises with all levels of staff and management. This role focuses on PIH’s overall performance and aims to improve the performance of the Group in its entirety.
The role assists and supports the Chief Strategy Officer to manage and monitor the strategic planning and projects management of the organization through the establishment of routine reporting and a robust project management framework and business improvement support tools.
Principal Accountabilities:
Supports the activities of the Strategy Department relating to business initiatives, strategic planning, data management, and coordination of organizational wide operational workplan development and delivery.
Provides support to the Chief Strategy Officer in achieving the organizational Strategic
Plan including reviewing performance against the strategic objectives and tracking of the organization’s workplan by division.
Assists in the coordination of strategic and operational activities within the organization including coordination, collation of information, reporting and performance related data analysis.
Provides support and assistance to the organization in the ongoing reporting and development of network reporting, executive and board dashboard key performance indicator and operational reporting requirements.
Supports the organization to provide efficient systems, accurate reporting structures and timely advice.
Manages Business Performance at all levels of the organization, being responsible of objectives achievement and delivery of business performance solutions.
Liaises with all stakeholders as required to ensure the efficient delivery and maintenance of business performance improvement initiatives.
Coordinates the development and implementation of the organization’s Data Governance Framework.
Ensures all activities are executed according to company policies and procedures within the Delegations of Authority (DoA) policy.

Minimum Requirements:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business or related field
MBA desirable
Experience:
A minimum of 7-10 years of on-the-job experience
GCC experience highly desirable
Skills and Knowledge:
Expert understanding of BPR / BPM / BPI concept.
In-depth knowledge of Process Improvement.
Good KPI reporting experience.
Advanced project management and organizational skills.
