Lead in the development of strategies and processes of QA/QC dept. by implementing policies, procedures, regulations of quality control work and supervisory techniques to ensure that work is executed within specific methods, guidelines and procedures that can assure high quality of services and products, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement of products, improvement of processes and services.
المهارات
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
-A minimum 8 years’ experience in Quality Control field and preferably with five years experience in a managerial position from a construction company in GCC
-Obtaining sufficient training related to QA/QC work of road and highways
- Sufficient Knowledge of work related standards, specifications, and quality systems such as: QCS, ISO 9001, QCS2007, ASTM, BSI, BSEN, ACI and AASHTO.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in computer applications and systems
