Reservation Officer

الوصف الوظيفي
Making reservations for based on various requirements and budgetary allowances.

Checking the availability and reserving hotels, Appartments, aviation.

Assisting plan travel itineraries, suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
Processing payments and sending confirmation details to businesses.

Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.

Preparing answers of any questions about the reservation process.

Providing support concerning amendment or cancelation of a reservation.

المهارات
Bachlor degree in Business Administration, Hospitaluty & Travel Management or similar

Experience working in public relations or sales, in the hospitality or travel industries is preferable

to be Certified Travel Associate (CTA) Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) is a plus

Ground experience in customer-service

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Data entry experience
Flexible working hours
