Job Summery
The Director role within Hospitality Services of Client is responsible for the delivery of the Hospitality strategic plan, directing and overseeing operational demands of all activities of the respective department.

• Contractors and Vendors
Accountabilities:
1. Demonstrate knowledge and application of Hospitality mission, vision, and values.
2. Plan and direct all activities of the department, to ensure high quality service to Hospital patients, visitors and employees.
3. Establish departmental regulations and procedures to ensure consistency in standards and performance throughout all Hospitality entities whilst providing conformance with approved Hospitality guidelines, expectations and relevant legislation in the State of Qatar,
4. Set goals, targets for performance indicators, monitor performance of staff and contractors and take necessary action.
5. Manage contractual arrangements required for the department, including the preparation of accurate scopes of service, reviewing contractual information for relevancy and requirements, and setting plans for the auditing of contractual performance as well as evaluating performance improvement plans.
6. Identify training needs in line with operational and individual requirements, after which arrange, direct and review training activities to ensure most effective utilization of individual skills and employee development.
7. Actively interact with stakeholders within Hospitality, inside hospitals and external entities.
8. Hold, manage and attend meetings, and participate in committees as assigned or required.
9. Review new trends and improvement s in the related field and evaluate requirements within current operation to develop procedures through innovation and best practices
10. Perform other duties when required and enforce the Health and Safety regulations as per the policies and procedures at Client.
