With us you will be responsible for managing the off shore vendor team, which is one of the sub, teams of the Customer Analytics department, which is a COO, shared service. Successfully deliver trade reporting and analytical deep dives, which supports the business decisions to improve both revenue and profitability. 

Weekly and monthly CBU Trade to ensure information is presented and in a timely manner and insights not just reports are generated regarding the current commercial activities and customer base performance organization and building the roadmap
Delivering analytical insights by auctioning reactively but also proactively into the business
Being the ‘dashboard champion’ and seeking to expand on our self-service strategy by developing dashboards to enable the business to both self-service but also helping driving an overall data decision based culture in the organisation

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Telecom Industry
Key technical understanding of the analytical tools such as Tableau
Analytical mind-set with a strong acumen in making sense of a vast amount of data
Striking presenter with an ability to lucidly explain complex issues
Technical leadership to become to Tableau dashboard ‘factory’
