Retail is all about connecting with customers by asking smart questions. It’s our job to listen intently and consider the customer needs. Channel Operations plays a vital role in making sure the stores achieve their goals by ensuring that all the key activities in the store related to Stock, Cash, Reporting, Process, IT, Security & Facilities are running smoothly.
With us you will be responsible to build, manage and continuously develop an effective support system in retail. you will co-ordinate with various Channel Partner and Vendors externally and OPS, IT, Corporate Security, Business intelligence and Finance teams internally.
IT system & Business continuity
Resolve any IT issues related to the store
Invoke Business Continuity plan during an outage by engaging the relevant teams
Process & procedures – GTM’s
Create, design and draw new processes for retail channel for new launches on IT systems, tools etc..
Maintain and manage the retail process, policies and stores operational procedures.
Store Cash / Stock Reconciliation & Channel Profitability
Investigate and support with daily reconciliation issues and involve the Finance and corporate security as necessary
Provide store P & L analysis, PIR of any schemes introduced in the market and support finance with monthly reconciliation
Inventory Control at Stores
Effectively manage stock levels in store
Managing the monthly stock counts, stock loss, losses & thefts and raise it with the relevant teams
Manage the new store roll outs by ensuring stock availability and in time delivery
Vendor Management
Manage retail vendors pertaining to operational issues, fixtures, branding etc..
Optimize operational costs of vendors
Operational Support
Provide day to day operational support for retail stores
Fix all the issues related to product, stock, IT, property/facility, and security
Generate reports for Appointment bookings, Footfall, conversions etc..
Maintain records on Handsets stock replenishment, planogram, factsheets, theft or a loss etc..
Digital Content Upload - Stores
Manage digital content and the applications by updating the digital content as per the brand team’s guidelines
المهارات
Apply if you have..
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail Channel operations and sales
Strong knowledge and understanding about retail business and channel sales
Expert in MS Office Suite : Excel and PowerPoint. SQL knowledge preferred
Logical Thinking and Business acumen
Telecom Retail experience will be an advantage
